3. UV, VIS and IR absorption spectroscopy
4. Spectrophotometric titration
5. Molecular fluorescence and phosphorescence
6. Emission spectroscopy based upon flame, plasma and laser atomization
7. Atomic absorption spectroscopy based upon flame and electrothermal atomization
8. Mass spectrometry
9. Principles of electroanalytical chemistry
10. pH measurements, ion-specific electrodes
11. Potentiometric and conductometric analyses
12. Electrogravimetry
13. Polarography, voltammetry and stripping methods
14. Pulse and alternating-current voltammetry
Laboratory:
Flame analysis: quantitative determination of Na+ and Ca2+; Absorptiometric determination of KMnO4; Spectrophotometric titration of Cu2+ and Fe3+; pH titration and conductometric titration HCl and CH3COOH; Determination of Cu2+ and Pb2+ by electrolysisis at Pt electrodes; Voltammetric determination of Pb2+.
