Innovation strategies - a subject offered in English 330-ES2-2PSIN#E
The course aims to discuss the most critical determinants of innovative activity of enterprises, as well as issues related to the formulation of an innovative strategy, economic evaluation of innovative projects and management of an innovative project. Students will discuss the importance of innovation in the development of civilisation and in shaping the market position of an enterprise, features of innovative processes, concepts related to the essence of an innovative company and innovation strategies in an enterprise. Students will analyse the method of developing innovation in the enterprise and new technologies and the importance of creativity in the organisation.
