KNOWLEDGE
1.The student has structured knowledge of vocabulary and grammar in the subject covered by the course.
2. The student knows and understands the basic principles of constructing an essay in the Anglo-Saxon format, taking into account proper
stylistics and punctuation.
3.The student has basic knowledge of prosodic concepts, phenomena and processes and knows basic prosodic terminology.
SKILLS
4.The student has language skills at a level ensuring communication in the country of the language being taught, in contacts with users of
this language.
He / She is able to speak quite fluently, spontaneously, using correct expressions.
5. The student can use reading strategies to determine the type, subject, purpose and style of the text and adapt these strategies to
different types of texts (instructional, press, official, literary, scientific). Students understand a variety of texts from different walks of life.
6.The student understands complex statements and pieces of discourse.
After listening to a text, the student can determine the main idea, find detailed information, recognize the opinions expressed and the
context of the spoken text.
7. The student is able to correctly formulate the thesis and the main assumptions of the essay and is able to correctly select arguments
and examples supporting the essay thesis.
