Classes within the "practical grammar" component for the second year of undergraduate studies constitute an intermediate level course, the aim of which is to introduce students to a higher level of language proficiency. Prerequisites (description)

Knowledge of German at a level corresponding to A2 standards. The student: - acquired the skills allowing him to independently prepare longer oral and written statements at A2 level; - developed the ability to present an orderly argumentation and counter-argumentation; selects appropriate examples; - developed an awareness of different language styles and registers; - deepened his knowledge of the German language and culture in a contrastive approach; - acquired knowledge and skills in the field of basic grammar issues at A2 level.

Assessment criteria
