Assessment is continuous. Students obtain points for: 1.
- quality analyses and evaluations of communication theories and related issues, incl. summarizing theories;
- making reasonable connections between theory and practice;
- engaging other students in conversation (asking relevant questions, offering encouragement, and
providing quality feedback);
- engagement with in-class and out-of-class activities;
- conducting fieldwork and reporting on the results
Students with documented disabilities who feel the need for accommodation based on the impact of their disability on their ability to participate in certain class activities or forms of speaking should contact the teacher to coordinate the details. You can also be excused from some tasks if you have another documented medical reason or another reasonable excuse. Remember: such arrangements do not work retroactively.
