Prerequisites (description)

The exercises are aimed at improving practical language skills necessary when working with various cultural institutions. Their basis is work on selected cultural texts (in Russian). The exercises are intended to equip students with the ability to formulate and present their own conclusions, necessary to create oral and written texts for institutions such as museums, libraries, art galleries, cultural centers, theaters, and cinemas.

Learning outcomes

Graduate:
1. Uses in a practical way the acquired knowledge of the characteristics of the Russian language used in the field of culture and art (KA6_WG1, KA6_WG9, KA6_UK1, KA6_UU1, KA6_KK2).
2. Independently analyzes and interprets selected cultural texts, using the basic terminology in an appropriate manner (KA6_WG9, KA6_UW1, KA6_UK1).
3. Knows and understands methods of analysis and interpretation of cultural texts (KA6_WG6, KA6_WK1).
4. Presents (orally or in writing, in Polish and Russian) his own, justified conclusions and results of his research work based on appropriate scientific texts, using the views of other authors (KA6_UW6, KA6_UK1).
5. Works and cooperates in a group (KA6_UO1, KA6_KK1).

Assessment criteria

Eclectic method (communicative, cognitive method).
Pass with grade.
