This 20 hour course will focus on developing English language skills and cultural awareness through a wide spectrum of interactive activities which will include text analysis, vocabulary development, as well as speaking and writing activities. The input will be provided by a selection of podcasts by Garrison Keillor A Prairie Home Companion: News from Lake Wobegon available on Podbean. The final credit will be based on attendance, active participation and a Project Work prepared by students. |
