Term 2023:

The aim of the module is to provide students with the tools they need to discuss all things
poetry. We will take a closer look at both classic and contemporary works, covering among
others, Shakespeare, T.S. Eliot and M. Atwood. Students will also get a chance to propose
their favourite works as topics for discussion. Reinforced by creative writing tasks, the
module’s main focus is to improve the students’ speaking skills.
