Term 2023:
The focus of the seminar is on translation studies and phraseology. During the course students, learn about the formal requirements pertaining to their diploma thesis and receive practical instructions about a thesis focused on literary criticism. During the course, students should regularly discuss their ideas with their supervisor and submit parts of their thesis for critical review, so that at the end of the course they can submit a complete diploma thesis that fulfills the necessary requirements. |

Assessment criteria
To pass the course, students have to regularly attend the classes, submit parts of their work for evaluation, and finally submit a complete diploma thesis that will fulfill the necessary requirements. Students can be absent only twice during a term. Students whose number of unexcused absences is more than twice per semester are obliged to get credit for the material covered during the classes he/she was absent on.
