- prepares oral presentations in English on specific issues, referring to basic theoretical approaches, using various sources - K_U11

Term 2024:

In this class, students will be introduced to various texts by Canadian authors and major events in Canadian history. The class will largely focus on discussions of the texts and film documentaries discussed. Each student will prepare a presentation on an important issue in Canadian history or culture, which is part of the credit.

Prerequisites (description)

Students should have the basic knowledge of history, culture and literature of English speaking countries and be familiar with basic concepts of cultural and literary studies.
