Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
-has an organised knowledge of the history of the literature in French;
-has a basic knowledge of the relationship of the philological sciences with other disciplines that are used to expand the philological knowledge;
-has a basic knowledge of the cultural institutions and events of contemporary cultural life;
-uses the concepts and the research paradigms in the field of literary studies;
-understands and realises the need for continuous learning;
-is able to initiate a partnership dialogue with representatives of diferent point of view and different attitudes, different environments and cultures;
-demonstrates ethical sensitivity related to their own work and participation in the various forms of social life;
-has personal and social competences such as: creativity, opennes to the cultural diversity, the ability to define one's own interests, the ability to self-evaluate, critical thinking, problem solving;
-consciously shapes and fosters their own cultural preferencies, using various forms of cultural life and various media.
Assessment criteria
Classes are in the form of interactive lecture.
The grade for the course will be issued on the basis of:
-Drama analysis before the end of the winter term;
-attendance at the lecture (2 unjustified absences are allowed; exceeding this limit affects the final grade).
