European Literature in French 340-FP1-2ELF

During our course, we focus first on the Belgian literature in French. The panorama starts in 1830, the moment of creation of the state. We analyze some chosen masterpieces of the three phases of the Belgian literature (centripète, centrifuge and dialectal).
The second area of our interest is the Swiss literature in French. We look to the notion of "suissitude" analyzing the literaty texts (of Rousseau, Cendrars, and Ramuz).
