Assessment criteria
Assessment methods and criteria:
1. Forms of credit: written and oral
Oral: conducting two debates 2x 20p, active participation in classes 10p
Written: listening comprehension, every two thematic sections + 2 dictations 2x10p. Being absent on the day of the written test results in an unsatisfactory grade. Only the sick leave allows the student to take the exam within 2 weeks after the written exam, during which the student was absent.
2. The basis for passing the classes is the average of the points collected from all forms of passing. Passing threshold of 55%. A student who has not obtained the required sum of points (55% is entitled to take one credit covering the entire semester and including all forms of credit for a given subject (written and oral). The highest grade that can be obtained for the retake examination is satisfactory.
3. The absences also have an influence on the final grade.
- 2 unjustified absences are allowed per term
- 2 consecutive absences (third and fourth) reduce the grade by half a grade for each, unless the student justifies these absences with a sick leave, then the grade will not be lowered.
- exceeding the limit of absences of 2 + 2 results in failure to pass the classes. Long absences will be considered individually.
