Knowledge:

2. has knowledge of the methods of grammatical, semantic and stylistic description, contemporary linguistics and the history of the language FP1_W07: H1A_W04
3. knows the rules, methods, tools for the interpretation and analysis of linguistic messages, artistic and scientific texts and cultural phenomena FP1_W09: H1A_W07
Skills:
1. is able to recognize various types of cultural products studied in literary studies, linguistics and cultural studies, and conduct a critical analysis and interpretation using typical methods, in order to determine their meanings, social impact, place in the historical and cultural process FP1_U07: H1A_U05
2. has the ability to substantive argument, using the views of other authors, and to formulate conclusions FP1_U08: H1A_U06 H1A_U02
Competences:
1. is able to properly define the priorities for the implementation of the tasks defined by himself or others FP1_K03: H1A_K03
2. is aware of the responsibility for preserving the cultural heritage of the region, country, Europe, is sensitive to the aesthetic and ideological aspect of the language message FP1_K05: H1A_K05
Assessment criteria
Teaching methods: 1. teaching - interactive lecture with the use of multimedia presentations and student participation, 2. activating - practical exercises (creating speeches), lectures.
The condition for passing the exercises is the presence of at least 75%. Passing exercises on the basis of activity in the classroom, the level of preparation of papers.
