KP6_WG1 - the student knows and understands phenomena, processes and language systems as well as theories explaining the relationships between them (verification - observation, assessment, examination)
KP6_WG2 – the student knows and understands phenomena and processes related to learning and teaching languages ​​as well as theories explaining the relationships between them (verification – observation)
KP6_WG4 - the student knows and understands general terminology and the basic methodology of research in the field of linguistics (verification - observation, assessment, examination)

KP6_UW1 - the student is able to formulate and solve complex problems, selecting appropriate methods and tools using knowledge of language science and translation studies (verification - observation)
KP6_UW2 - the student is able to formulate and solve complex problems, selecting appropriate methods and tools using knowledge in the field of language learning and teaching (verification - observation)
KP6_UW6 – the student is able to select and use appropriate methods and tools, including advanced information and communication techniques (ICT) (written work, oral presentation, presentation, exam)
KP6_UW7 - the student is able to properly select sources and information derived from them in the area of ​​linguistics and to evaluate, critically analyze and synthesize this information (written work, oral presentation, presentation)
KP6_UK1 - the student is able to communicate using specialized terminology in the field of linguistics and translation, taking into account socio-cultural elements (verification - participation in the discussion)
KP6_UK2 - the student is able to communicate using specialized terminology in the field of knowledge about learning and teaching languages, taking into account socio-cultural elements (verification - participation in the discussion)
KP6_UK4 – the student is able to take part in a debate in a foreign language, present and evaluate various opinions and positions and discuss them (verification - participation in a discussion, examination)
KP6_UK5 - the student is able to use the specialized foreign language in speech and writing at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(verification - test, written work, oral presentation, assessment, exam)
KP6_UO1 – the student is able to plan and organize individual work and team work (verification – project work)
KP6_UU1 – the student is able to independently plan and implement his own lifelong learning (verification – observation)
KP6_KK1 – the student is ready to critically evaluate his knowledge (verification - written work, oral presentations, exam)
KP6_KK2 – the student is ready to recognize the importance of knowledge in solving cognitive and practical problems (verification - observation)
KP6_KO4 - the student is ready to create planes of tolerance and cooperation in the conditions of multicultural communication and a religiously diverse society (verification - observation)
KP6_KO5 – the student is ready to participate in cultural life in its various forms (verification - observation)

Pass with grade. Written and oral examination.
It is awarded on the basis of grades for written works (essays, dictations, grammar tests) and based on grades for speeches.
oral and project work. The quality of activity during classes is also taken into account when assessing.
Obtaining a pass in the exercises is a condition for being admitted to the exam (in the summer session).
Two unexcused absences are allowed per semester. The rest must be completed during consultations. A student's absence of more than 30% prevents him from obtaining credit for the classes.
The grading scale is in accordance with the Study Regulations
It is prohibited to use AI systems contrary to the prohibition referred to in § 4 point 3 of Order No. 31 of the Rector of the University of Białystok of April 11, 2025 on the use of artificial intelligence systems in the educational process at the University of Białystok.
