Institution organizing the practice.
Verification of learning outcomes:
-filled practice log and written opinion of the employer
-the student's report on the completed internship
The basis for credit for the internship is the submission by the student of an Internship Card describing its course and achievements at work. It should include a description of the tasks assigned to the apprentice and be confirmed by the direct supervisor overseeing the apprenticeship on the part of the organizer. The supervisor of apprenticeship on behalf of the faculty unit, on the basis of the evaluation of the apprenticeship records, determines whether the intended objectives of the apprenticeship have been achieved.
