The course is conducted in the form of practical exercises, developing all language skills: speaking, writing, reading and listening.

The total amount of student work: 75 hours. including: participation in exercises: 60 hours; preparation for classes: 12.5 hours; participation in consultations 2.5 hours;

Student workload requiring the teacher's direct participation - 62.5 h = 2 ECTS points

Student workload of a practical nature - 75 h = 3 ECTS points

Prerequisites (description)

The aim of the course is to develop the ability to use a foreign language actively in everyday communication situations, as well as the ability to understand and apply basic concepts in the field of humanities. Learning Russian at the A2 level (reading comprehension, listening, speaking, writing).

Assessment criteria

Credit for a grade after semester I and II. The student obtains credit on the basis of test results, attendance, active participation in classes, oral and written statements.

Grading scale:

E 51% -59%, D 60% -69%, C 70% -79%, B 80% -89%, A 90% -100%

Absences should be excused (appropriate document presented) during the next classes or consultations. Two absences are allowed during the semester without the necessity to make up work. The absences are credited orally during consultations. Unfinished absences are tantamount to failing the course.
