Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest przedstawienie ogólnych zasad polityki społecznej oraz ubezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce. Przedmiotem rozważań będą w szczególności: ustawa z 13.10.1998 r. o systemie ubezpieczeń społecznych (t.j. Dz. U z 2019 r., poz. 300 ze zm.) oraz ustawa z 17.12.1998 r. o emeryturach i rentach z Funduszu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2020 r., poz. 53).
