(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest zapoznanie studenta z administracyjnoprawnymi aspektami przeciwdziałania korupcji. Wskazane zostaną obok korupcji także inne patologie obecne w administracji publicznej. Przedstawione zostaną różne środki do walki z korupcją o charakterze prewencyjnym, detekcyjnym i penalizującym
