Civil Procedure 370-PN5-4POC

The final examination consists of two stages.

Stage I – written: up to 60 minutes; a test containing 40 questions and at least 3 case studies. A maximum of 100 points may be obtained. Achieving at least 51% of the available points is required for admission to Stage II. Failure to qualify for or attend Stage II results in a failing grade for that examination attempt.

Stage II – oral: answers to at least 3 questions based on a list of topics provided to students in advance. A maximum of 100 points may be obtained.

The final result is the sum of points obtained in both stages, up to 200 points. Grading scale:
0–101 points – fail;
102–122 points – satisfactory;
123–142 points – satisfactory plus;
143–162 points – good;
163–182 points – good plus;
183–200 points – very good.
