Teaching hours – 12 seminar hours, including 6 hours of synchronous e-learning.
Teaching methods – seminar, analysis of legislation and case law, case studies, work with sample enforcement files, use of legal information systems and consultations.

Student workload – participation in classes: 12 hours (including 6 hours of synchronous online classes); preparation for classes and examination: 37.5 hours; consultations related to the course: 25.5 hours. Total: 75 hours, corresponding to 3 ECTS credits.

Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE:
- has an in-depth knowledge of the nature and functions of court enforcement and of enforcement institutions and procedures (KA7_WK4, KA7_WK5);
- knows and understands the system of Polish law in the field of enforcement proceedings and its connections with European Union and international law (KA7_WK5).
SKILLS:
- is able to use acquired knowledge to solve practical enforcement problems by applying appropriate legal measures (KA7_UW4, KA7_UO1);
- is able to independently analyse case studies and problem situations in court enforcement, formulate conclusions and argue (KA7_UW4).
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
- is ready to observe professional ethics, responsibility and diligence in enforcement proceedings and to critically assess his/her knowledge and the need to supplement it (KA7_KK2).
Assessment criteria
Assessment is based on a written or oral examination covering open-ended questions and case studies. The examination format and detailed grading criteria will be presented to students at the beginning of the course. In justified cases, the examination may be conducted online, including in the form of a test.
