Prerequisites – basic knowledge of civil procedure is recommended.
Number of teaching hours by form – 12 hours of seminar classes, including 6 hours delivered by synchronous e-learning.
Teaching methods – seminar discussion, analysis of legislation and case law, case solving, work with enforcement proceeding documents and consultations.
ECTS credits – 3.
Student workload – participation in classes: 12 hours (including 6 hours of synchronous remote classes); preparation for classes and assessment: 25 hours; consultations related to the course: 38 hours. Total: 75 hours, corresponding to 3 ECTS credits.

KNOWLEDGE, the graduate:
- KA7_WG3 – has advanced knowledge of the principles and institutions of judicial enforcement proceedings;
- KA7_WK3 – knows and understands the terminology specific to judicial enforcement proceedings.
SKILLS, the graduate:
- KA7_UW1 – can interpret and explain enforcement-law norms and the relationships between them;
- KA7_UO1 – can navigate the Polish legal system and apply legal norms to solve specific and complex practical problems concerning judicial enforcement.
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, the graduate:
- KA7_KK2 – is prepared to independently and critically update knowledge and skills, also from an interdisciplinary perspective.
Assessment criteria
Seminar: graded course credit in written or oral form, covering descriptive or problem questions and case studies.
The use of artificial intelligence tools during the assessment is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the task.
Depending on the regulations in force, the assessment may be conducted remotely.
