Knowledge:
- student posseses deeper knowledge concerning principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative,constitutional law as well as judical and administrative procedures (K_W03) - chacked by written essay;
- student knows and understands the terminology appropriate to specific disciplines of law (K_W08) - chacked by written essay and oral presentation.
Skills:
- student is able to interpret and explain the meaning of particular norms and the relations among them in framework of administrative law (K_U01) - chacked by written essay;
- student efficiently moves around the system of administrative law, uses administrative law norms of in order to solve particular problems individually; has wider skills of solving complicated practical problems in area of administrative law (K_U05) - chacked by written essay.

Assessment criteria
Oral presentation or remote assessement of the course based on sending a written essay (on the subject given by teacher) and taking into account tasks performed in e-learning. Depending on the development of the epidemic, exam may be conducted using electronic means of communication.
