Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE:
- the graduate has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law, and judicial and administrative procedures (KA7_WG3),
- the graduate has an in-depth knowledge of the sources of Polish law, the process of its creation and changes (KA7_WG6).
SKILLS:
- the graduate can correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and the interrelationships between these norms within a specific field of law (KA7_UW1),
- the graduate is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and the interrelationships between these norms within an interdisciplinary perspective (KA7_UW2),
- the graduate is able to use theoretical knowledge from a particular field of law (KA7_UW3).
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
- the graduate is able to appropriately determine priorities for the realization of a task defined by him/herself or others (KA7_UK1),
- the graduate understands the need for lifelong learning, he/she is able to inspire and organize the learning process of others (KA7_KO1),
- graduate is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, expanded by interdisciplinary dimension (KA7_KK2).
Assessment criteria
Final exam in oral form. Each student receives two questions. A maximum of 5 points can be obtained for each question. A maximum of 10 points can be obtained from the exam. Grading scale: 10 points = 5.0, 9 points = 4.5, 8 points = 4.0; 7 points = 3.5; 6 points = 3.0, 5-0 points = 2.0.
