4) the participation in the consultations - 45 hours.

The graduate:
- has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions in the field of the financial law - KA7_WG3.
- knows and understands the terminology specific to the financial law - KA7_WK2.
- has extended skills to solve practical problems in the field of the financial law - KA7_UO1.
- is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills in the field of the financial law, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension (public management, political sciences) - KA7_KK2.
Assessment criteria
Written final exam. In the justified situations the oral exam is possible.
Grading scale from 2 to 5.
Very good – at least 91%%%%, i.e. from 51 to 55 points.
Good plus – at least 81%%%%, i.e. from 45 to 50 points.
Good – at least 71%%%%, i.e. 40 to 44 points.
Satisfactory plus – at least 61%%%%, i.e. 34 to 39 points.
Satisfactory – at least 51%%%%, i.e. 29 to 33 points.
