- student posseses deeper knowledge concerning principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative,constitutional law as well as judical and administrative procedures (KA7_WG3) - checked by written essay;
- student knows and understands the terminology appropriate to specific disciplines of law (KA7_WK3) - checked by written essay and oral presentation.
Skills:
- student is able to interpret and explain the meaning of particular norms and the relations among them in framework of administrative law (KA7_UW1) - checked by written essay;
- student efficiently moves around the system of administrative law, uses administrative law norms of in order to solve particular problems individually; has wider skills of solving complicated practical problems in area of administrative law (KA7_UO1) - checked by written essay.
