K_W04 has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of public law (economic law)
K_W08 knows and understands the terminology appropriate for competition and consumer protection law
K_U01 is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms under the competition and consumer protection law
K_U05 efficiently operates in the Polish legal system, uses the standards of competition and consumer protection law to independently solve specific problems; depending on his own interests (selected specialization subjects), has extended skills in solving complex practical problems in the field of competition and consumer protection law
K_K06 can independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by an interdisciplinary dimension
Assessment criteria
Written / oral exam including e-learning tasks.
Depending on the development of the epidemic, the possibility is reserved to organize the exam using electronic means of communication.
