Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE, a graduate:
- has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions in the field of criminal law and restorative justice - K_W03;
- knows and understands the terminology applicable to criminal law and restorative justice - K_W08;
SKILLS, a graduate:
- is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms in the field of
criminal law - K_U01;
- efficiently moves around the Polish legal system, uses criminal law norms to solve himself/herself specific problems; has extended skills
to solve complicated practical problems in the field of criminal law - K_U05;
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, a graduate:
- is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension - K_K06
Assessment criteria
Written exam - multiple choice test consisting of 10 questions.
Preparation of four essays, one for each e-learning module, raises the final grade by half a degree.
