Learning outcomes
The student:
- possesses in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of criminal, civil, administrative, and constitutional law, as well as judicial and administrative procedures – KA7_WG3,
- knows and understands the terminology specific to various branches of law – KA7_WK3,
- is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the interrelations between them within a particular field of law – KA7_UW1,
- navigates the Polish legal system efficiently, applying norms from different areas of law to independently solve specific problems; depending on individual interests (selected specialization subjects), demonstrates advanced skills in solving complex practical issues within a particular field of law – KA7_UO1,
i- s capable of independently and critically expanding knowledge and skills, including from an interdisciplinary perspective – KA7_KK2.
Methods of verifying learning outcomes: discussion and assessment of participation in moderated discussions, discussion and assessment of tasks assigned as part of asynchronous remote classes, individual consultations, observation of student work during classes.
Assessment criteria
Pass with a grade. Grading scale from 2 to 5.
Cedit will be awarded based on active participation in classes, including involvement in discussions, analysis of case law, documentation, contracts, regulations, declarations, case studies, and completion of assignments on topics designated by the course instructor, including tasks completed as part of asynchronous online classes.
Depending on applicable regulations, the final credit or final examination may be conducted using electronic means of communication.
