KNOWLEDGE, graduate:
KA7_WG3 – has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions in the fields of criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law, as well as judicial and administrative procedures.
KA7_WK3 – knows and understands the terminology specific to individual branches of law.
SKILLS, graduate:
KA7_UW1 – is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between such norms within a given branch of law.
KA7_UO1 – navigates efficiently within the Polish legal system, applies norms of particular branches of law to independently resolve specific problems; depending on his/her own interests (selected specialised courses), possesses advanced skills in solving complex practical problems in a given field of law.
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, graduate:
KA7_KK2 – is able to independently and critically expand knowledge and skills, extended to include an interdisciplinary dimension.
