Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE:
- knows and understands the terminology and institutions of civil procedure, including the rules and drafting of procedural documents (KA7_WK3);
- knows and understands the system of Polish law in civil procedure and its connections with the law of the European Union and international law (KA7_WK5).
SKILLS:
- is able to draft basic procedural pleadings and prepare written analyses and interpretations of specific legal problems (KA7_UW5);
- is able to apply acquired knowledge to solve practical problems, formulate procedural motions and choose appropriate legal remedies (KA7_UW4, KA7_UO1).
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
- is ready to observe professional ethical standards, responsibility and diligence when drafting and signing procedural documents, and to critically evaluate his/her own knowledge and the need to supplement it (KA7_KK2).
Assessment criteria
The final grade is based on:
1) preparation and timely submission of procedural document drafts;
2) activity and participation in class;
3) a final test or written assignment.
In justified cases, the assessment may be conducted online.
