Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Zasadniczym celem przedmiotu Organy kontroli i ochrony prawa jest przede wszystkim zapoznanie studentów z konstytucyjnym i ustawowym systemem organów państwa realizujących funkcję ochrony prawa w Polsce.
Dodatkowo ukazana jest ich rola w systemie ustrojowym RP oraz praktyka ich funkcjonowania.
