(in Polish) The course aims to:
Introduce major theoretical models of Emotional Intelligence.
Examine empirical research on EI and academic achievement.
Develop students’ emotional awareness and regulation skills.
Explore the role of emotions in intercultural academic environments.
Design evidence-based interventions supporting student success.
