This course introduces graduate students to the theoretical foundations and empirical research of positive psychology with a strong emphasis on practical applications in education, psychological support, and personal development. Students will explore evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing well-being and character strengths in individuals and groups. The course integrates research findings with experiential exercises and critical reflection.
