Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) The course is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, who wish to gain a deeper understanding of human cognitive processes and their role in everyday functioning, learning, decision-making, communication, and academic performance. No advanced prior knowledge of psychology is required, although basic familiarity with psychological terminology may be helpful. The course assumes active participation, openness to discussion, and willingness to engage in individual and group exercises. Students are encouraged to reflect on their own cognitive habits, such as attention control, memory strategies, problem-solving approaches, and decision-making patterns, and to connect theoretical concepts with practical academic and everyday contexts.
