Innovation Management 450-ZS1-2XZIN
The aim of the course is to discuss the most important determinants of innovative activity of enterprises, as well as issues concerning the formulation of an innovative strategy, economic evaluation of innovative undertakings and innovation project management. The course will discuss the importance of innovation in the development of civilization and in shaping the market position of a company, the characteristics of innovation processes, concepts of an innovative company and innovation strategies in business. The process of development of innovations in enterprises and new technologies will be analyzed, as well as the importance of creativity in organization.

Real-time written exam in a stationary mode or in a remote form.

evaluation sufficient plus (3+) - 61-70%
good grade (4) - 71-80%
evaluation good plus (4+) - 81-90%
evaluation very good (5) - 91-100%.
