The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the theoretical and practical aspects of quality management. The following will be discussed
the application of quality management concepts and tools, as well as different approaches to quality management issues. The
problems of integrated management will also be discussed.

The main aim of the course is for students to acquire theoretical knowledge as well as learn the practical principles of quality management.
