Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) The course aims to familiarize students with the theory and practice of company expansion into foreign markets, covering entry strategies, target market analysis, and challenges related to internationalization. Students will learn methods for assessing foreign market attractiveness, such as PESTEL and SWOT analysis, as well as various marketing and competitive strategies. The course combines theory with real-world business case analysis, discussions, and project work, where students develop an expansion strategy for a selected company.
