Number of teaching hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 30 hours of lectures (24 in stationary mode and 6 online) plus 10 hours of consultations.
Teaching methods - conversational lecture, problem-based method. Lecture in the amount of 24 hours in stationary mode - lecture, 6 hours online – University of Bialystok educational platform.

Total: 60 hours, which is equivalent to 6 ECTS points.
Quantitative indicators
- student workload related to classes requiring direct teacher participation and online classes 30 hours, which is equivalent to 2 ECTS points
In addition, students are offered the opportunity to participate in consultations for 10 hours per semester
- student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 70 hours, which is equivalent to 4 ECTS points.

Prerequisites (description)

The subject concerns the modern history and contemporary times of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in international relations, with an emphasis on the propaganda message. The material for analysis was a propaganda poster published in various countries in this part of the world.

Learning outcomes

The student knows/can:
- (KP6_WG2) geographical, political, socio-economic, legal conditions of international relations
- (KP6_WG4) at an advanced level the history of international relations and the history of diplomacy
- (KP6_UW1) perceive problems at the international level and their historical context
- (KP6_UW2) look for cause-and-effect relationships between international events
- (KP6_UU1) independently acquire and consolidate knowledge in an orderly and systematic manner using modern techniques of transmitting, classifying and analysing information
- (KP6_KK3) (principles) of systematic observation of the international situation and updating the acquired knowledge

Assessment criteria

Written exam after the semester.
Descriptive answer to 2 questions (each for 5 points) and 5 test questions, closed (each for 1 point) from the content provided during the lecture.
8-9 points - grade 3
10 points - grade 3+
11-12 points - grade 4
13 points - grade 4+
14-15 points - grade 5
