KNOWLEDGE – the graduate knows and understands:
SD_WG05 – the principles governing the dissemination of the results of scientific activity, including through open access;
SD_WK05 – the fundamental principles of knowledge transfer to the economic and social spheres, as well as the commercialization of the results of scientific activity and the know-how associated with such results.
SKILLS – the graduate is able to:
SD_UW05 – transfer the results of scientific activity to the economic and social spheres.

SD_KO03 – think and act in an entrepreneurial manner.

Literatura
Handouts for each lecture will be prepared by the teacher. The materials will be based primarily on current legal and academic sources concerning the commercialization of research results, copyright law, and industrial property law.
The teaching materials will include:
up-to-date materials and guidelines from EUIPO, EPO and WIPO;
relevant case law, selected and indicated by the teacher;
applicable legal acts;
