Field of study: sciences and natural sciences, disciplines: physical sciences,
Year of studies: third (V-VI sem.),
Prerequisites: none,
Teaching load: conversation seminar, 15 hours,
Teaching methods: lecture, discussion, consultation, students' own work at home.
It is prohibited to:
1.automatic execution of a task in whole or in part by AI systems,
2. presentation of the results of the use of AI systems as one's own research conclusions,
3. Quoting the results obtained with the help of AI as bibliographic sources,
4. Using AI in a manner inconsistent with the promoter's arrangements or with applicable ethical principles,
5. Automatic execution of the work or its parts without active participation of the author,
6. Inadequate or missing documentation of how the AI was used.
If violations of the above rules are found, the work may be subject to additional review, and the student held liable under separate disciplinary regulations.

Efekty kształcenia
KNOWLEDGE, graduates know and understand:
SD_WG01 - Theoretical background as well as general and detailed
issues enabling revision of the existing paradigms in the field
of exact and natural sciences,
SD_WG02 - Current scientific achievements within one’s specialisation
based on specialist literature,
SD_WG03 - Contemporary development trends and the most recent
achievements of exact and natural sciences (physical sciences),
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, graduates are ready to:
SD_KK01 - Critically analyse sources of scientific information and
research results in the discipline of physical sciences.
Kryteria oceniania
The student has to write a pass test.
Percentage of knowledge (good answers) - Scale of evaluation:
91-100% - 5.0
81-90% - 4.5
71-80% - 4.0
61-70% - 3.5
51-60% - 3.0
<50% - 2.0
It is prohibited to use the AI systems during exams.
Literatura
Literature relevant to the topics, both primary and supplementary. This selection will include scientific review articles, original research papers, and textbooks.
