1. Student has basic knowledge in the field of organic chemistry, allowing him to discuss the structure of simple organic compounds
(taking into account their spatial structure) and their physical and chemical properties, explain the mechanisms of basic reactions and
knows how to use this knowledge to solve practical problems.
2. Student has knowledge and skills in the field of basic techniques of isolation and purification of organic compounds, determination of
selected physicochemical properties; mastered the manual skills necessary for laboratory work; learned to plan and observe experiments,
drawing conclusions from them and developing results in writing.
3. Student has knowledge in the field of occupational safety, and in particular knows the principles of safe use of chemicals and the
selection and disposal of chemical waste and the ability to apply this knowledge in laboratory work; can work in a group.
