Efekty kształcenia
Student:
KA7_WG3 - has an in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of financial law and financial policy;
KA7_WK3 - knows and understands the terminology specific to financial law and financial policy;
KA7_UW1 - is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of certain legal norms and mutual relations between these norms within the framework of financial law and financial policy;
KA7_UO1 - moves proficiently in the system of Polish law, uses the norms of financial law and financial policy to independently solve specific problems; depending on his/her own interests (selected specialization subjects), he/she has expanded skills to solve complex practical problems in the field of law and financial policy;
KA7_KK2 - is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension.
Kryteria oceniania
The conversation classes composes of 3 stationary classes, 2 synchronous remote classes and 1 asynchronous remote classes.
During the stationary classes the terminology exercises and students' oral presentations take place. During the synchronous remote classes the traditional presentations and the moderated discussions take place. During the synchronous remote class the written students' presentation takes place. The use of artifical intelligence (AI) is not allowed.
Students are asked to prepare 1 short oral presentations of about 15 minutes (10 points) and one written presentation (5 points).
The following marks scale is used:
bardzo dobry (5.0) 14-15 points,
dobry plus (4.5) 13 points,
dobry (4.0) 11-12 points,
dostateczny plus (3.5) 10 points,
dostateczny (3.0) 8-9 points.
The attendance in classes is obligatory.
Depending on the binding regulations, the exam may be completed using electronic means of communication
