KNOWLEDGE, graduate of:
- has in-depth knowledge of general legal disciplines (jurisprudence, political and legal doctrines) and historical legal disciplines in the context of human rights issues - KA7_WG2;
- knows the Polish law system, the existing links within this system as well as the relations and connections of Polish law with European Union law and with international law in the context of human rights issues - KA7_WK4.
SKILLS, graduate of:
- sees the relationship between legal phenomena and other cultural and social phenomena in the context of human rights issues - KA7_UU2;
- having regard to the issue of human rights: uses the acquired knowledge to resolve legal dilemmas and issues that are ambiguous in interpretation; can indicate possible solutions, while maintaining ethical standards - KA7_UW4.
