Efekty kształcenia
Knowledge:
- student posseses deeper knowledge concerning principles and institutions of national law - criminal, civil, consitutional, administrative as well as court procedures (K_W03),
- student knows and understands terminology relevant for different legal disciplines (K_W08),
Skills:
- student is able to interpret and explain the meaning of particular norms and the relations among them in framework of a particular branch of law (K_U01)
- student efficiently moves around the system of national law, uses norms of different branches of law in order to solve particular problems individually; depending on his/her interests (chosen courses) has wider skills of solving complicated practical problems in particular area of law (K_U05),
Social competence:
- student is ready to think individually and to suplement his/her knowledge and skills including interdisciplinary aspects K_K06
Verification: for all the effects - oral exam (list of topics included in part. B), in justified cases - written exam
Kryteria oceniania
final exam - covering all the topics discussed during the course, final grade considers also the personal contribution and effort of the student during the lecture (discussion, prepared presentations)
form of exam - oral exam - three questions concerning topics listed in part. B,
the final result depends also on student's activity during the semester
in justified cases - written exam (test)
Depending on epidemic situation and limitations connected to it the exam might be organized via e-learning platform (e.g. Blackboard), in such case it will be written exam - real time test (single-choice)
