KA7_WG3, has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional law as well as court and administrative procedures
KA7_WK3, knows and understands the terminology appropriate for individual disciplines of law

KA7_UW1, is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law
KA7_UO1, moves efficiently in the Polish legal system, uses the norms of individual areas of law to independently solve specific problems; depending on their own interests (selected specialization subjects), has extended skills in solving complex practical problems in a specific field of law
Social competence
KA7_KK2, can independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by an interdisciplinary dimension
Kryteria oceniania
Grade scale from 2 to 5.
The final grade is a weighted average grade. It consists of:
- activity during classes, oral presentation (10%)
- evaluation of a written essay on the forensic problem indicated by the teacher and its oral presentation (90%) - this essay is obligatory.
Depending on the applicable regulations, the assessment may be carried out using electronic means of communication.
