(po angielsku) This course addresses the relationship between direct and representative democracy. It explores the forms of direct democracy. It demonstrates the uses of mechanisms of direct democracy in the contemporary world and pays attention to the citizen-initiated mechanisms of direct democracy. The course analyses from the comparative perspective the experience of selected European and non-European states in direct democracy.
