Założenia (opisowo)

The course concentrates on the general rules of private international law (renvoi, qualification, public order clause, etc) and the issues connected with the structure and function of collision norms. It also examines the sources of private international law (PIL), especially Polish act of PIL and international agreements prepared by The Hague Conference of Private International law. Students are also introduced to the law application and choice of law theories and to the influence of UE law on national systems of PIL.
