The student knows and understands the terminology proper to civil law K_W08
Skills
The student is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of certain norms and the mutual relations between these norms in the
framework of civil law K_U01;
Student efficiently moves in the Polish law system, uses civil law norms to solve specific problems on his own; depending on his own
interests (selected specialization subjects) he has extended skills of solving complicated practical problems in the field of civil law K_U05
Social competence
The student can independently and critically complement knowledge and skills, extended by an interdisciplinary dimension K_K06
Kryteria oceniania
Attendance; assessment of activity during classes, engagement in conversation; assessment of prepared essays, assessment of activity during e-learning classes.
Written (essay on a chosen topic) or oral exam. Grade 2 to 5.
Depending on the development of the epidemic, it is reserved to pass the exam / exam using electronic means of communication.
