The number of hours of didactic classes divided into forms of conducting
classes - 30 hours of lecture (including 15 hours of remote asynchronous
lecture).
Student workload balance - participation in classes 30 hours (including
15 hours of remote asynchronous lecture), preparation for classes and
exam 60 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 60
hours. Total: 150 hours, corresponding to 6 ECTS credits.

Knowledge - graduate:
K_W03 - has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional law as well as judicial and administrative procedaures

Skills - graduate:
K_U01 - is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law
K_U05 - efficiently navigates the Polish law system, uses standards
specific areas of the right to self-specific solutions
problems; depending on your own interests (selected items
specialization) has extended skills in solving complicated practical problems in a given field of law
Social competences - graduate:
K_K06 - is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension
Kryteria oceniania
1. Home country ADR memos are 50% of the grade.
Requires a minum of 5 sources.
2.Mediation Analysis is the remaining 50% of the grade.
Students will compare and contrast two mediation videos in a 1000 word essay.
Depending on the development of the epidemic, students may take the exam using electronic means of communication.
