Efekty kształcenia
KA7_WG4 – has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of public law (financial, tax, economic, and commercial law).
KA7_WK3 – knows and understands the terminology appropriate to individual branches of law.
KA7_WK4 – knows the system of Polish law, the internal connections within this system, as well as the relationships and links between Polish law, European Union law, and international law.
KA7_WK8 – has knowledge of the general principles of creating and running individual entrepreneurship, making use of knowledge from fields and disciplines relevant to the field of law.
KA7_UW2 – is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relationships between these norms in an interdisciplinary approach.
KA7_UW3 – is able to apply theoretical knowledge from various branches of law.
KA7_UU2 – recognizes the relationships between legal phenomena and other cultural and social phenomena.
KA7_KO3 – is able to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner.
Kryteria oceniania
Paper work prepared for the topic given by the teacher.
